In August 2009, he created this cartoon shark carving for a customer near San Diego who had ordered a Deluxe Scallywag Sloop. Rather than the traditional crate and barrel stack supporting the bow, they upgraded to a one-of-a-kind carving. The shark is leaping out of the water and is just about to take a huge bite out of the bow. It took Johnny 3 - 4 days from start to finish this amazing piece.
