Country Cottage Down to Earth
It's a cleverly simple playhouse you can install in about 30 minutes on flat ground. You'll love the slightly crooked windows, and gently swayed roof. It breaks down and stacks on a pallet, and is incredibly simple to install. It comes unfinished so you and your family can save costs and enjoy finishing it together. It's built from redwood and cedarƒ the best wood mother nature provides. It's perfect for the youngest toddler, slimmest budget, and most difficult to access play area.

Country Cottage High Water
The high water version starts with the same Play fort as above, and we elevate it on a 3' tall platform, and add a small stair case. It comes unfinished so you and your family can save costs and enjoy finishing it together. Installs in about 2 hours with no heavy equipment and minimal site prep, it's a fantastic way to save big money on site prep, installation and shipping costs over our much more ambitious Play forts. You can add a curved scoop slide.

Country Cottage Tree Top
The Tree Top Version is by far the best value for the money spent. We take the same Tudor Cottage Play fort, and set it on top of one of our oversize Play fort logs. From there we add a roof dormer, balcony, staircase, monkey bars, log window, spiral slide and more. Because this model breaks down and consolidates better on a truck, shipping is half the cost of our other similar sized Play forts. You can also install it on a packed gravel pad instead of a concrete one! The log weighs several thousand pounds, so you'll still have the need for a rented forklift or crane. Just like above, it comes unfinished so you and your family can save costs and enjoy finishing it together. All in all this is a great Play fort and customers will save an average of about $8000 over our other similar Play forts. The savings are spread over price, shipping, site prep, and installation. That's rightƒ we were thinkin' mighty thrifty thoughts when we came up with this model. It's faster and cheaper to build ship and install, so we're passing the savings on to you! There is one catch... we're only committed to test marketing a total of 10 units. So when they're gone, depending on feedback, they may be gone forever!

Bayou Buccaneers
Ouch! A shark bit me! Or was it an alligator?! Just kidding, I'm fine. Here's a unique pirate adventure playhouse where your kids can act out all kinds of adventure stories. A spooky swamp shack is connected to a pirate ship, docked and waiting to be boarded, so it can leave the treacherous marsh and sail the seven seas.

Danger, Pirates!
"Danger, Pirates!" was an amazing pirate ship tree fort built for a lucky bunch of kids in Southern California. The theme is "Victorian meets the Jungle via a Shipwreck feel". One side of this extreme playground fort boasts an 8' diameter log with a spiral staircase (inside of the hollow log) that leads into the 8'x8' pirate playhouse. One doorway leads to a pirate ship bow, another to a balcony with a slide and to another stair case. The third door leads you to a bouncy swing bridge that connects to the 2 story Victorian playhouse. The whole shipwreck playground has outdoor accent lighting, electrical outlets, hardwood floors, and windows. The final touches include several carvings and a 4" thick, poured in placed, fall surface! Any guess who the most popular kids on the block are now?

Fiesta de Pirates
This pirate playfort was built for the Big Fresno Fair in Fresno, California. The ship is built in three sections, and each section is elevated at different distances off the ground. Sounds simple? Well, there's more; this wooden playset has elevated walkways, decks, swing bridges, and stairs to connect all the ship sections together. There's also a fully stocked treasure room in the mid-section of this pirate tree fort, as well as more treasure in the captain's quarters. Tall masts rise up here and there, complete with sails. On top of all that, you'll find fully outfitted pirates on this crazy custom Play fort. One scallywag is even holding a pig as he sits on a plank dangling his legs!

Gunsmoke Galleon
This 17th Century Galleon is not the biggest pirate ship treehouse we've done, but it's surely one of the best! The swabbies here at DWL were able to pack a lot of punch into a small space with this ole' green galleon! This pirate treehouse sport's a boy's lower level Play fort (complete with jail bars), a second story girl's pirate playhouse in the Captain's Quarters and a third story look-out deck that faces the Golden Gate Bridge! Chainsaw master carver Johnny created this amazing peg-legged captain who's hanging out on the deck spying through his looking glass. Other features on this towering pirate fort included a treasure room, 2 climbing nets, and "rock" climbing course on the broken pirate ship bow. The cannon and anchor are real cast iron replicas that weigh thousands of pounds!

Neptune's Trident
This customer was looking for a pirate ship treehouse with lots of room, lots of 'pirate' atmosphere, and definitely made to look like a pirate's hideout. This pirate ship Play fort extraordinaire has been our most ambitious outdoor play fort yet. Take a look at what we came up with - one peek and you'll see that this is not your average backyard Play fort!

Owen's Bait Shop
We call this little play hut "Owen's Bait Shack"! Now, you might be wonderin' how we come up with a look like this- the answer is pretty simple. We just see what kinda' ol' junk we have around the yard and we act a lot like we did when we were kids back home on the ranch! Those were the days that we were allowed to manage our free time however we saw fit... as long as Dad didn't think we looked bored... like if we watched TV he'd sat "C'mon guys... ya look bored... I've got some work fer ya ta do!" "No thanks" we'd say. "We got plenty to do already!" So we grew up like Tom Saywer and Huck Finn... and we would build a custom play house outta' stuff from around the ranch... a lot like what you see here! This really is a one of a kind deluxe Play fort that started with an incredible lookin' ol' log. We'll probably never duplicate it, but you can bet we can build your family a backyard treehouse that's just as cool! The folks at Make-A-Wish foundation contacted us about a child that wished for a Play fort, so we delivered this the next week... compliments of DWL!

Pirate Oasis
What is the natural environment for a Pirate Ship? Water! In this Pirate Oasis, we took a custom Scallywag Sloop pirate ship Play fort and added a custom captain's quarters connected by a bridge. We added a turbo slide and a rope swing to complete this Oasis playset. The captain's quarters double as a pool changing room. We know the hours of fun we had installing this custom kid fort is nothing compared to the fun they will have playing on this Pirate Play fort for years to come.

Thar Be Pirates
We have real pirates! Well sort of. Long before the foam department, we made most of our characters out of wood. We also do details that any pirate would treasure. From stained glass windows, to skeletons, and real cannon holes, this pirates fort has everything! Here we stretched our imaginations to create a truly unique pirate's play ground. (Just beware of the big-bellied brute guarding this enormous scallywag swing set.)
