
Before we carve one of our colorful characters out of wood or foam, we like to put it down on paper first.
If it's to be wood, a sketch is used for reference by the chainsaw carver to carve and shape the piece.
If it's foam, a sketch is handed to our talented 3D modeler who sculpts the forms on the computer. This data is sent down to the milling machine that precisely cuts the pieces to the 3D computer model's exact specs.
