In early 2009 we built this pirate ship facade for an athletic center in San Diego who had a child play area that lacked imagination. Utilizing our years of pirate theming expertise, we designed and built this small facade entirely out of Styrofoam.

Our own "Carving Cowboy" stacked pieces of foam together and hand-carved the ship using his chainsaw. An access hole was carved and made to look like a broken section of the hull before the ship was sprayed with a polyurea hard coat material and painted. When we delivered the ship to the customer they were extremely impressed and excited to get it installed so the children could enjoy it.
