We built this full-size replica Boo's door from Monsters Inc. in just two weeks! It was built for a Pixar promotion on The Bonnie Hunt Show which aired in November 2009. An actor dressed as Sully came through the door and handed out DVDs to the crowd. We captured every final detail right down to the red light above the door and the numbers on the control panel. The door frame is steel while the clamps and scream canister are foam encased in Polyurea. The door is a solid wood, hand-crafted door made exclusively for this project. Reference photos were used to make sure the painting matched that seen in the film.
