Here's an amazing interactive display we built that allows anyone to feel like a superhero. Built in just 5 days the foam car sits atop a steel mechanism that allows the car to pivot and gives the illusion that anyone can have super strength. We used automotive-grade paint and incorporated lights, wipers, and trim details to finish the car. Paradigm Shift Worldwide, an event marketing and production company based in the LA-area, developed the concept for this piece and it was part of ABC's booth at Comic-Con 2010 to promote the new fall show No Ordinary Family. The show is about a family who inherits super powers after a plane crash in the jungle. At the convention, people stood in line to lift the car and have their picture taken. We were even able to get the star of the new ABC series, Michael Chiklis, to give it a try.
