In 2003 we met a set designer (and current customer) at a home and garden show. She was working for The Home Depot on a new Rose Parade float. She was so impressed by our tree houses that she asked us to come up with a concept design. After a 15 minute sketch we she left with our concept for two tree houses which were connected via an elevated bridge, sitting atop two large redwood logs and the covered with flowers. Our quick sketch was so imaginative that it won the 2003 Rose Parade‘s Grand Marshall Trophy for the Most Creative and Design.
